All items are made to order with the exception of one off items, dispatch times will be confirmed at checkout. ​

  • Made to order items – dispatched within 2 weeks. 
  • One off items  – dispatched next working day.

Everything is gift boxed and dispatched in a padded envelope.  Every order will be sent by Royal Mail using the following methods:​

UK – Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1pm – Will receive day after shipping and will require signature on receipt.​

Everywhere Else – Royal Mail International Track and Signed For – will require signature on receipt.​

If postal address is a PO Box – this will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked – will not require signature on receipt.​


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.​

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item then you have a further 14 days to return it. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.​

Non-returnable items are:

  • Gift cards
  • Commissions – Personalised Piece
  • Earrings due to hygiene reasons.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.​

A partial refund may be given if any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.​

Sale items​

Sale items may be returned, however they cannot be refunded and the value will be put on a gift card.


As these are personalised items, they cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is faulty.


Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if a refund or exchange can be given. 

If you are  receiving a refund, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You will be refunded within 14 days of receiving your item back.

The original shipping costs are non-refundable, with the exception of wither the item is faulty. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you still have not received your refund after 14 days of us emailing you, please contact us at


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 106 windmill Knowe, Crossgates, Fife, KY4 8AT, United Kingdom.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is being returned due to being  faulty. 

When shipping an item back, you should consider using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery service.
